1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GuruAI (accessible at ai.webguruji.online and the GuruAI Android Application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Responsible AI Use & Restrictions
Users must use GuruAI responsibly and ethically. You strictly agree NOT to:
- Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, illegality, or abuse.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass platform quota rate limits or security mechanisms.
- Submit automated spam, bot requests, or malicious scripts.
- Use AI outputs to mislead individuals regarding professional advice (medical, financial, or legal).
3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
You retain rights to the original text and code you generate using GuruAI. The platform code, brand assets, logos, and custom UI components remain the exclusive intellectual property of HarshGuruJi (Harsh Patel).
4. Quotas & Service Availability
Free explorer guests receive 8 conversation requests every 24 hours. Registered members receive 20 conversation requests and 5 SDXL image creations every 24 hours. We reserve the right to modify allowances or upgrade tiers to preserve server stability.
